Linea Mini Rightly on Display at the Triennale, International Design Museum, Milan

April 21, 2015 in International

April – With less than one month before the official opening of EXPO 2015, the “Triennale di Milano”, the world renown museum of design, and the only official pavilion outside of EXPO, recently inaugurated “Arts & Foods. Rituals since 1851”.

La Marzocco has been invited to participate with the display of its new product for the home: the Linea Mini. A prestigious invitation for an Italian brand that represents culture and innovation at an international level.

Arts & Foods is dedicated to visual, sculptural, object-based and environmental forms that, since the mid-19th century, have revolved around the world of food, nutrition and dining together. La Marzocco – an icon of Italian style within the global coffee community – finds a perfect fit at the ARTS & FOODS exhibit to tell its story. Coffee is a ritual that unites people from various latitudes, whose stories are the essence of the exhibition. The Linea Mini represents Italian design at its best, as well as deliver a visual and sensorial object in line with the objectives of the exhibit.

“Arts & Foods. Rituals since 1851” will be open Monday to Sunday, from 10 am – 11 pm (April 9, 2015 to November 1, 2015). Curated by Germano Celant, the exhibitionserves as a multi-sensorial stage offering a spectacular route for visitors where works of art and architecture, objects, electro-domestic equipment, motion demos, literal/musical/graphical material on nutrition-related topics will carry out a narrative to illustrate every historical, sociological and anthropological context.
