The alternative brewing methods that are accompanying speciality coffee trends are commonly known as V60, Syphon, Aeropress, Chemex, etc. The Brew Bar at Out of the Box 2015, to be managed by SCAE certified professionals and equipped with lab-like tools and experiments, will offer all enthusiasts a chance to savour, in an original and diverse fashion, coffee quality from one origin to another, through one type of equipment to another. The dedicated venue space will also be featuring Modbar.
