In the aim to foster creativity and innovation, for the 8th year in a row, several staff members were celebrated at the factory for dedicated service or “BEST IDEA” during our annual pre-winter holiday lunch, which took place on Friday, December 15th, gathering the team for an afternoon of feasts, announcements, live music & comic performances. 

The people who were awarded for their contribution to the company were: Andrea Mattioli and Francesco Zagli (10 years of dedicated service); Andrea Dionisio, Sihat Rapi, Massimo Rusci, Manuel Carta, Filippo Francini e Gjorg for the BEST IDEA.

It is an honour to congratulate each one for their dedication and passion – and for the growth and success of La Marzocco.
