Born on July 22, 1991, in a small Tuscan town called San Piero a Sieve, which is only a few kilometers from the La Marzocco factory, Andrea grew up near the world-renown Mugello circuit and discovered his own passion for the world of motorcycles. As a teenager, Andrea began his first experience on a motorcycle, as well as pulled his first shots of coffee (Andrea and his family own a local café equipped with a La Marzocco machine). He now competes in the Italian 600 Supersport Championship, from Mugello to Imola, from Vallelunga to Misano.
La Marzocco, a proud sponsor, has just launched an estore line, “Motorbiker’s Tee” at store.lamarzocco.com to cheer for Andrea both online and off, and to support his dream: that of high-speed racing, and running his own café.
Now that the 2015 competition season is over, and after having participated in 5 different races and nearing the top 10, the young 24-year old Andrea is ready to greet the upcoming year with more training and surprises. Currently, he is focusing on what he likes best when off track, coffee: an ingredient he considers to boost your energy for the day and that is particularly fun to prepare for relatives, friends, and customers. Briefly, coffee is time for socializing and, with the Strada EE, an opportunity to be on stage!

Vale davvero la pena raccontarvi la storia di Andrea, il nostro giovane e ambizioso ambasciatore toscano delle due ruote … e del caffè! Già il mese scorso, direttamente dalla pista allo stand La Marzocco, abbiamo esposto la sua moto a HOST. E c’è un perché: Andrea Bolognesi nasce il 22 luglio 1991 a San Piero a Sieve, piccolo paese toscano proprio a pochi chilometri dalla fabbrica de La Marzocco e vicinissimo al Mugello, dove si trova il circuito di fama internazionale.
Già da adolescente, questo intraprendente ragazzo si appassiona al mondo del motociclismo e inizia a sperimentare i suoi primi giri, così come i suoi primi “colpi” di caffè: Andrea e la sua famiglia hanno un bar e non potevano che scegliere una macchina La Marzocco (modello Strada EE).
Andrea da anni dedica anima e corpo al Campionato Italiano Supersport 600, dal Mugello a Imola, da Vallelunga a Misano.
Ora che la stagione è terminata, e dopo aver corso 5 diverse gare avvicinandosi alla top 10, Andrea è pronto per concentrarsi su ciò che più lo emoziona fuori strada: il caffè.
Come direbbe lui: “Senza il mio caffè non potrei iniziare la giornata con energia e grinta”.
