“This past weekend 16 baristas assembled in Brooklyn NY to represent La Marzocco at the Formula E Qualcomm event in Redhook. Together they operated 2 bars with 3 Linea Mini’s on each and one affogato station in a large open warehouse catering to VIP guests. Using a G&B style of service (pre-dosing and optimized workflow) they were able to serve around 1,500 drinks in two days. The menu included all the basics, shaken iced drinks and a signature beverage that was lemonade, espresso, angostura bitters and a mint simple syrup.”
