We are very excited to officially announce the opening of new La Marzocco offices in Barcelona, which opening party will be held on Friday, March 23, following the “La Marzocco Local” event format. After four years of presence in the Spanish market, the Marzocco Spain has decided to take a qualitative step forward by opening a new space for the public. The main idea of this change is to have a space that allows the team to better adapt to the needs of the growing local community, by being more present and participating more actively, offering a greater support and better service, as well as the possibility of generating unique experiences. The new home of La Marzocco in Barcelona is a huge space of 177 sqm divided into 3 floors and accessible at a street level. This separation by levels allows the differentiation of different work zones. On the top floor, wide open and bright thanks to spectacular glass sides, are placed the offices and meeting room.
The main floor, located at street level and with large open windows, simulates a small cafeteria Marzocco Style with a large central bar with Leva on top and Modbar, where visitors will be able to taste coffee from the best local roasters.
Finally, on the lower floor, there is a huge multipurpose room, properly adapted and equipped to host different types of events and a variety of proposals.
In addition to being a permanent showroom of machines for visitors to see and test, it will be a space provided to the market as an open space for the community to hold training sessions and organize all kinds of events: from tastings, competitions, inspiring talks, etc., all with the aim of inspiring a future generation of roasters, coffee shop owners, baristas, technicians and consumers.
Behind this change, there is also the intention of strengthening the company’s general identity, by achieving such an atmosphere that reflects the unique values, history, and culture of La Marzocco and helps to position and strengthen the brand image in the local market. A reference space that, as a meeting point and visible face of La Marzocco in Spain, evokes the style and unique way of doing of La Marzocco around the world and becomes an experience itself for the committed community and brand followers.
