Even in St. Gallen, Switzerland baristas were heating themselves up this month for the national SCAE challenge Swiss Coffee Competitions. La Marzocco is thankful to its Swiss partner Kialoa, who supported the event with the supply of an elegant GB5 machine, through which Mathieu Theis pulled a winning shot.
