The open house events on November 24 and 25 at the expanded facility of our local distributor & longtime friends from Espresso Spesialisten in Oslo, Norway was dedicated to Norwegian roaster partners as well as to all those interested in – and passionate about – the art of coffee. The community gathered to celebrate an animated 10th anniversary event of Espresso Spesialisten’s activity in Norway, which included the launch of the Leva and the Modbar – both introduced by La Marzocco’s Product Manager, Scott Guglielmino.
What an engaging atmosphere, powered by coffees from Tim Wendelboe, Nord Kaffebrenneri, Jacu Kaffebrenneri brewed at the True Artisan Café!

Nevertheless, as part of an unforgettable community-driven, cultural experience, attendees had the opportunity to get groomed at the Pels Pels pop-up barbershop while having their bicycles repaired (thanks to Dapper Oslo) or taking part in a Q&A with professionals from the field and the world renowned cyclist, Edvald Boasson Hagen, on the close interrelationship between the bicycle and coffee industries.
And since no anniversary is complete without a party, our Northern family sure did know how to throw one: best Oslo burgers, great #Pffft Brewery craft beer, tasty HIMKOK made cocktails, plus beat and sounds by DJ Ludvik and DJ Robin.
