La Marzocco Spain was excited to share and invite the coffee community to Out of the Box, June 1st at Valkiria Hub Space in Barcelona (Carrer Pujades,126) for a full-day inclusive program.

From 10am to 11pm, guests took part in thought-provoking presentations and lively debates, interactive workshops, cupping sessions and research on water quality, as well as experience product demos.

From KB90, La Marzocco’s latest addition featuring the revolutionary straight-in portafilter system, and LEVA – a groundbreaking reinterpretation of the lever machine from the 50’s – to Modbar, the iconic undercounter modular brewing system.

Espresso enthusiasts and home baristas got more than a glance of the kitchen dream- machines, the Linea Mini and the GS3, at the La Marzocco Home station and taste the best local and international specialty coffees at the signature True Artisan Café.

Attendees also engaged in the regional Catalonian AeroPress Championship and in the first open cupping competition format, “Mind The Cup”, organized with Mare Terra.

Ultimately, the La Marzocco After Party took off at 9PM with Grey Goose cocktails and live music.
