In La Marzocco’s aim to foster creativity and innovation, for the 6th year in a row, several staff members were celebrated at the factory for dedicated service or “BEST IDEA” during the annual holiday lunch, which took place on Friday, December 18th, 2015. The recipients include: Alessandro Vannini for 20 years; Ahmed Shamin, Nicholas Ortiz, Enrico Wurm, Milton Lercari and Barbara Galea for 10 years of dedicated service.

Christian Bartolacci, Said Abariz, Andrea Pacini and Matteo Toscani were each awarded for BEST IDEA 2015 as follows: Cristian for boiler bench-testing and Said for new assembly layout; Andrea and Matteo for developing new and safer support systems for machine bench-testing.
