La Marzocco this year proudly supported AFCA 2018 tradeshow in collaboration with partner Question Coffee. The African Fine Coffees Association program was also hosted at the Kampala Serena hotel, where more and more qualified local baristas and coffee aficionados gathered, experienced and performed ongoing espresso shots thanks to the Linea Classic: La Marzocco’s heavy-duty workhorse.

Representing La Marzocco was Aftersales Specialist Mike Khan, who was invited to carry out technical training classes for the trade and hôtellerie professionals, facility managers, baristas and clients from South Africa, Kenya, and Uganda.

As in Mike’s words, “it was a hugely positive experience for me and the team from Question Coffee. The opportunity to connect with hundreds of visitors at such events, over coffee, is of inestimable value.”
